NPS Costs
In exchange for securing an apartment lease, you authorize a weekly automatic payroll deduction of a portion of your rent, as illustrated below:
- The only cost to you is a small handling fee of 2% per payroll deduction and a flat monthly administrative fee of $0.95
- The balance of your wages are paid in your weekly paycheck
- Added convenience and cost savings
- Less expensive monthly than average check cashing or money order fees
- No more standing in lines at the bank or check casher
