Why should I trust NPS to pay me?

What if my resident leaves town or loses his job?

This is a critical NPS benefit. As soon as money stops coming into the company, you will be notified . Weekly NPS Payment Status Reports alert you to contact residents immediately if payment issues arise; no more waiting until the end of the month to find out a resident doesn't have the funds.

What if my resident tells NPS to withhold their rent?

You will be notified immediately by NPS. You know where the money is and we hold all funds until you get a judgment. If the resident remains at your property, their rent will continue to accumulate while the issue is settled.

Will I be charged if you do not collect the funds?

No, you only pay a fee based on funds you receive.

Will I be locked into a long-term contract with NPS?

No. You can end the contract whenever you want by instructing residents to stop paying through NPS. You only pay a fee based on funds you receive.
