What if my resident tells NPS to withhold their rent?
You will be notified immediately by NPS. You know where the money is and we hold all funds until you get a judgment. If the resident remains at your property, their rent will continue to accumulate while the issue is settled.
Will I be charged if you do not collect the funds?
No, you only pay a fee based on funds you receive.
Will I be locked into a long-term contract with NPS?
